My Approach to Treatment
I use an insight-based, humanistic, and person-centered approach to therapy. Focusing on understanding and gathering a deeper meaning towards the message of each individual’s exhibiting symptoms and challenges while offering mindful empathetic listening and support, along with meaningful counseling to encourage you through your self-journey. Together, we will develop a meaningful sense of self-awareness that will allow you to gain insight, healing, and self-love. Through this process you will learn to recognize recurring patterns, triggers and habits to better help you achieve self-understanding. We will work together to create new healthier boundaries and habits. It`s my believe that for an individual to reach their full bloom is by integrating the mind, body, and spirit.
